Using E Mail

How do I get my E Mail?

For other e-mail programs, the information below should give you a good idea of how to configure the parameters properly.

Retreiving E mail is easy if you follow these 3 easy steps.

Which ever E Mail program you use, it requires a few pieces of information.

Here's what you need to tell your E Mail program.

1) Where your mail is stored.

Your mail is stored in the same manner as your web pages in a mail directory. Just like when you FTP to upload your home page, you must tell the mail program where your mail is stored. Simply enter mail.internett.net in the section that is requesting your POP3 server.

2) Your user name and password

Once your have told the mail program where to find your mail, you must then give it your login name and password so it knows it's you that is retrieving your mail! your mail login name and password are also the same ones you use to FTP into your site and change your web pages.

3) Where to send your outgoing mail from.

Now you must tell the mail program where to send your mail from. this is refered to as your SMTP server. Simply enter mail.yourdomainname.com in this section.
